13. SMS Communications and Mobile Information
The following supplements our general statements above whenever you opt in to SMS from Metalight Solutions Inc.
Opt-in consent
By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Metalight Solutions Inc. related to service updates, alerts, notifications, job opportunities, account-related information, and other relevant communications. Consent may be collected through telephone conversation, web forms, account registration or onboarding, written authorization, or similar direct interactions. Providing this consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing services or submitting an inquiry, unless a particular engagement separately and lawfully requires messaging for operational reasons.
Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS you receive from us. Alternatively, email info@metalightsolutions.com to request removal from our messaging list. Upon opting out, you will not receive SMS from us unless you re-subscribe with fresh consent consistent with applicable law.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on how you interact with us and what services you request or consent to receive. Carrier message and data rates may apply; Metalight does not control your mobile plan—you are responsible for fees charged by your carrier.
Protection of mobile information and SMS consent
We do not share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own independent marketing or promotional use, and we do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent data for such purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
Messaging originator opt-in data and consent are treated as restricted and are not disclosed to unrelated third parties for marketing. We may use trusted technical providers (such as SMS platforms and carriers) solely as necessary to send, route, comply with, secure, archive, or demonstrate consent for lawful messaging programs—these subprocessors act on our instructions and not for unrelated marketing absent additional permission and legal compliance. Disclosure may additionally occur where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or binding governmental request, enforced at the minimum permissible scope.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Revisions show a new “Last updated” date and supersede older versions. Continued use of the Site after material changes may signify acceptance unless notice is required by law.
